At the beginning of the year, I said my goal for this year was to triple our business and in Q1 of 2023, we increased our sales by 22%. This is a really big deal considering everything going on.
In this episode of Your Million Dollar Side Hustle, I want to share three lessons that I took away from increasing our sales in Q1. An increase in sales is always amazing, but you have to know what you did right so that you can repeat it, so that’s what I’m sharing today.
